It allows you to prioritize incoming calls so you don't miss the most important ones and minimize unnecessary interruptions. Because Call Display works in conjunction with Call Waiting, you can see who is calling you before you decide to interrupt the first call you're on.

Call Forwarding allows you to redirect all incoming calls to another phone number. When Call Forwarding is switched on, your phone won't ring and all incoming calls will be directed to the number you specified when you switched on the feature.
Call Forwarding means you can avoid giving people lists of numbers where
they can reach you. If you're going to be outside our service area, you
can forward your calls to a number where you're staying.
Additional costs: Additional minutes (above 3000) cost 25 cents each. Long distance is applicable if calls are forwarded to an area outside of your local calling area

Call Waiting helps you avoid missing important callers when you're on another call by alerting you when another call comes through. You can either accept the second incoming call or let it to go straight to voice mail. Either way, you never need to miss a call with TELUS Mobility PCS.

For example, if you are on a call, and you put your first call on hold to answer the second, both calls are rated separately.
